Lead Technical Support Engineer

As a Lead Infrastructure implementation and support, you will be responsible for identifying Hardware and Software requirements related to Product Implementation. You will need to stay updated with the latest trends in Hardware and Software Infrastructure. Your role will involve designing highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture. Additionally, you will design network security based on customer requirements and deploy Hardware, Software, and Application monitoring tools. Automation will be a key aspect for deployments and system upgrades. You will also diagnose customer reported problems or configuration issues within agreed SLAs and provide recommendations for solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications. - Assisting with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation. - Participating in design reviews of High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) with Customers. - Evaluating new technology and creating customer requested reports. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (IT/Computers) or MCA. - 9 to 11 years of hands-on experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support. - Proven experience in designing and deploying product deployment architectures including networking, storage, and virtualization. - Strong knowledge of network security design and implementation. - Expertise in deploying and managing monitoring and automation tools. - Experience in diagnosing complex infrastructure issues and providing timely resolutions. - Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and documentation. - Ability to travel PAN India and internationally as required. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology evaluation.,
