KRUPAM Solutions also offers service and installation support for SI partners and consultants. Role Description The Lead Technical Specialist is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Day-to-day tasks include managing the installation and integration of home automation systems, security setups, AV solutions, and related technologies. The Lead Technical Specialist will oversee technical teams, collaborate with clients and partners, ensure project timelines are met, and troubleshoot technical issues. This role also involves providing technical guidance, support, and training to staff. Qualifications Experience in home automation, security systems, and AV solutions Proficiency in technical installation and troubleshooting Team management and leadership skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Prior experience with service and installation for SI partners/consultants is a plus Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Show more Show less
