Role Description

We are hiring an IT Recruiter with US State government experience for our India office. This full-time, remote role involves managing the complete recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and placing top IT talent to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and hiring.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and create a robust talent database.

• Develop a pipeline of skilled IT professionals to meet client demands.

• Use technical recruiting skills to identify and attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including full-cycle and technical hiring.

• Prior experience with a US state government agency recruitment is highly preferred.

• Prior Ceipal or other ATS experience is highly desirable.

• Prior VMS - Vector experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and knowledge of the IT industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or HR.
