Lead Teamcenter Consultant

• We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Lead to join our team in Japan.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the i mplementation , customization, and support of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency in Japanese to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map current pr actices to Teamcenter capabilities to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
• Develop comprehensive Teamcenter Libraries sol utions for Mechanical, Electronics, Material, and Document management.
• Integrate Teamcenter with Orcad CIS using Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
• Set up infrastructure for EDA, including Teamcenter classification, attribute mapping, SQLLiteDB , and PTF files to support Orcad CIS and Design Entry HDL.
• Create and manage schematics, PCBs, and their variants within Teamcenter.
• Impl ement and manage Teamcenter Integrated Material Management (IMM) solutions.
• Set up IMM for various versions of Catia (R22, R26, R2 8, R29, R30, R32).
• Collaborate with migration teams to migrate CIMDB and SMDB into Teamcenter.
• Design and implement the Teamcent er release process to transfer data to SAP.
• Provide Hypercare, AMS support, and manage change requests to ensure continuous improv ement and support.
• Manage Teamcenter infrastructure, including installation, administration, and configuration for TcUA (11.5, 10. 1) and TcE (9.0 MP03 DN Package 9.35).
• Setup of Teamcenter, License Server, Workgroups, FSC, Corporate and Web servers.
• Manage C itrix Environment, DFS, Firewall, User accounts, and local TC client in User Machines.
• Complete DR Setup, conduct patching and upg rade from 10.1 to 11.5.
• Work on BMIDE development, MKS Codeless Customization deployment strategies, and dispatcher servers for cu stom translators.
• Conduct CAD integrations like TcIC and NX integration.
• Continuously monitor Teamcenter Server Environments wit h services in SCOM and Custom s, increasing system availability to 99.6%.
• Work on Software Configuration Management Tools lik e SVN.
• Achieve excellent knowledge and experience on Linux Servers.
• Clone PROD into Dev Environment.
• Deploy Teamcenter Code in to DEV (BMIDE, DLLs, Workflows, Preferences, Stylesheets, JARs).
• Deliver code to PROD Systems, upgrade from Tc9.1 to Tc10.1 Versio n.
• Set up Teamcenter Multisite.
• Integrate Teamcenter Unified with CAD Tools like CATIA and NX.
• Generate high-quality test resu lts with a minimum turnaround time.
• Execute Installation of JBoss and Tomcat.
• Work on automation using Windows Scheduler and Lin ux Cronjobs.
• Create and compare BOM, BOP, and Collaboration Context.
• Sequence operations, processes, and manage time effectively .
• Manage tracking release, backlogs, and defects during each release.
• Consistently work in partnership with Teamcenter Developer s, Oracle DBAs, and Support Teams.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential. JLPT N2 or above in case of Non-Japanese Native.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Teamcenter and its various modules.
• Familiarity with Catia and its integration with Teamcenter.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skil ls.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP integration.
• Knowledge e of material management and library solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
