Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Critical and Niche positions Conducting Weekend Walk-In drivesRequirements / SpecificationsStrong experience in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection. Should be able to understand the unique hiring environment and challenges in India Minimum 5+ years experience with job portals like Naukri Should have extensive experience in headhunting Hands on experience in Volume hiring Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work Experience in managing team of recruiters in corporate environment Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions Excellent communication skills Experience in hiring talents for MSME, Consumer Durable and Commercial Vehicle loan products will be an advantage Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude.
