Lead Sustainability

You will be responsible for leading the initiatives to ensure the sustainability strategy of the brand, focusing on sustainability, supplier working conditions, and environmental, health & safety management. Your role will involve driving and executing the brand's 2025-2030 Sustainability goals and roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** - Engage closely with stakeholders focusing on responsible materials and treatments, climate and energy, waste and circularity, ethical production, safety & health, and human rights, worker well-being. - Utilize internal and external data sources for data-driven sustainability and social impact decision-making, reporting, system development, metrics, and KPIs to drive progress towards goals. - Assess and analyze company policies and processes to identify areas for improvement in line with the organization's commitment to sustainability. - Implement EHS and supplier working conditions governance systems to enhance environmental and social responsibility. - Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability/EHS/working conditions programs and implement necessary improvements. - Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; present recommendations to key stakeholders. - Stay updated on and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Lead the development and implementation of training and employee engagement initiatives. - Manage partnerships with sustainability/SWC enterprises. - Influence the development of The Brand Sustainability & SWC/EHS KPIs and oversee their implementation. **Qualifications:** - Not specified. **Required Skills:** - Motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively. - Ability to develop programs/functions and teams resourcefully. - Excellent project management skills and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis. - Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data effectively.,
