Lead - Standardization & Internal quality

Role Overview: As a member of the ACGE Group Company, your primary responsibility will be to test and release project software (PLC, SCADA, IIOT Interface, and IIOT Tag list) created from P&ID/Flow chart, FS for releasing process for customer software V1.00 or higher (PLC & SCADA). You will also be executing Software ITR with simulation software before FAT to report ITR for software. Additionally, you will support the validation and QA process to release project FS, I/O, and ITR documents. Your role will involve providing support to the service department during installation, commissioning, and start-up, as well as creating technical content for machine documentation including operation manuals. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure First Time Right in all software testing and releases. - Meet deadlines for On Time Delivering In Full (OTDIF). - Develop an effective team by following People Development responsibilities such as knowledge sharing and individual training. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Global Design and Safety Regulations. - Familiarity with Company Guidelines. - Understanding of Data Integrity Process for Design, Execution & testing. - Knowledge of Instrumentation PLC, SCADA, and SERVO SYSTEM. - Experience in Project Management.
