Lead SRE

As a Senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Thane / Lower Parel, you will play a crucial role in the SRE practice by ensuring the reliability, availability, scalability, and efficiency of systems. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and governing systems to enhance reliability, availability, and scalability. You will also be involved in developing incident response processes, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring that applications prioritize reliability. Additionally, your role will entail supporting continuous system improvements, managing platform tools, and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and govern systems to enhance reliability, availability, and scalability. - Develop incident response processes for swift issue resolution. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications prioritize reliability. - Conduct competitive analysis to reduce downtime. - Support IT architecture alignment, integration design, and reviews. - Manage platform tools for high availability and disaster recovery across on-premises and cloud infrastructure. - Mentor team members and collaborate with vendor IT teams. Qualification Required: - Education: BE/ B. Tech. / ME / M. Tech. / MCA - 8-15 years of relevant experience in SRE, IT infrastructure management, and application lifecycle best practices. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery, and IT security frameworks. - Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and vendor teams. - Leadership experience is a plus.,
