As a Lead Specialist in Guest Services at Target, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to guests through the Guest Services platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests in a courteous and helpful manner to deepen relationships, drive loyalty, and increase sales. You will have the authority to make decisions and resolve guest concerns independently while upholding the high standards of Target's service. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University - Have 1 to 3 years of prior customer service experience, preferably in a Chat or E-mail environment - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and negotiation abilities - Show proficiency in handling escalated guest complaints and resolving them effectively - Be capable of utilizing various information sources to address guest queries and solve problems efficiently - Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, preferably aligned with US time zones - Exhibit readiness to perform effectively in high-pressure environments, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
