Responsibilities Role Description: Ability to do impact analysis, designs, development for complex cross application projects based on the project requirement Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience Key Responsibilities: Complete Impact analysis, designs, development for complex cross application projects individually Being hands-on in the development effort Verify completeness of input documents and raise questions for requirement clarification, identify technical risks challenges Handle established Agile processes and assist in data gathering from the team Perform code reviews for work product developed by others Technical Mentoring and coaching of the development team Provide technical support to peers juniors Recommend changes to improve established development processes Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications Build holistic understanding of applications underlying domain being supported Knowledge sharing Collaborate across Business Units Participate in cross functional projects initiatives Mandatory Skill set: Exposure to Sales and Service cloud and in-depth experience in at-least one Knowledge and experience with Apex development, apex triggers and writing test classes UI development using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) required Knowledge of Lightning Web Component (LWC) development is must Salesforce Knowledge of both OOB and Custom Development Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Flows Good solutions skills with proper knowledge of Apex Batch processing, governor limits and integrations with external systems Knowledge of Reports and Dashboards Having Sound knowledge of other technologies like JavaScript, Java and other UI frameworks Knowledge of Agile Methodology Qualifications Must Have Education: Graduate - Bachelors degree (any stream) Other: Java development experience is preferred Exposure to Unix administration or shell scripting experience, high aptitude, positive attitude, strong inter-personal skills, good experience in estimation methodologies, excellent communication and time management skills required Good English communication Exposure to global working environment Abilities like problem solving, analytical, time management, planning decision making, self-motivated, facilitate collaborate Additional Information HR - Initial screening questions/expectations # Expectations Comments 1 Minimum 1 year of Lightning Web Component (LWC), Flows and Apex experience 1yr 2 Need to have Expert experience in anyone of LWC, Flows and Apex and Intermediate experience in other 2 intermediate exp 3 Need to have Intermediate experience in Integrations Good to have 6-9 months of experience Yes 4 Mainly the work done in Sales and Service SF Cloud So the candidate should have at least knowledge in sales or service cloud 5 Question - Ask the person to explain his/her project from a business perspective and then technical perspective This is to check his/her communication and articulation If you can understand at least 50-60% of what he/she said then the candidate is good from this point 6 Candidate must at least have Developer I II certification List of Salesforce Certifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
