Lead Software Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer at our fast-growing organization, you will be based in our Mumbai office and play a crucial role in working on Administrative Systems and modernizing aging applications. You will have the chance to work on various responsibilities, including collecting, analyzing, and documenting user requirements, designing, modifying, developing, and supporting software applications, and participating in the software validation process. Your role will also involve creating software applications by following the software development life-cycle, communicating with team members regarding projects and development, and utilizing your skills in areas such as object-oriented programming, databases, and web applications. Additionally, there will be potential opportunities for you to lead software development projects. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and have at least 8-12 years of software development experience using technologies such as C#, Angular, Webservices, GraphQL, Git, and relational databases. Experience in Entity Framework and Azure DevOps is advantageous, along with an understanding of the software development life cycle and software release management. Prior experience in modernizing systems to a cloud-based platform, particularly Azure, will be considered a plus. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills in English are essential for this role.
