What you’ll do
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, Bitbucket Pipelines, and ArgoCD to enable rapid and reliable deployments. Implement feature toggle-based deployments, canary releases, and blue-green deployments. Enhance deployment automation using Helm charts, Kubernetes, and Docker. Ensure seamless API, service and schema deployments, reducing downtime and improving developer productivity. Establish comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. Implement real-time application and system performance monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues. Enhance distributed tracing and root-cause analysis to improve system reliability. Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, ISO 27001, or GDPR standards. Implement secure IAM and RBAC policies for cloud resources and Kubernetes clusters. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling to harden infrastructure.Integrate Cucumber and Selenium into CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end automated testing. Implement infrastructure testing using TestInfra, Terratest, or Inspec. Ensure all services and microservices are thoroughly tested before deployment to production. Work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs. Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Incident Response & Reliability Engineering Develop and refine incident response protocols to ensure rapid issue resolution. Lead post-mortem analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system resilience. Implement chaos engineering principles to test and improve infrastructure robustness.
