Lead Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality

  Modern C++ code

  for embedded platforms.
• Work with

  Linux/QNX (POSIX OS)

  in real-time and embedded environments.
• Contribute to

  system architecture, requirements, and full software lifecycle

  .
• Implement and optimize

  middleware components

  for automotive ECUs.
• Automate middleware deployment and maintenance with

  Python/Bash scripting

  .
• Collaborate globally using

  Git/SVN, CI/CD pipelines

  , and agile practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and take ownership of technical modules.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety standards (MISRA, ASPICE)

  and secure coding practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 812 years of experience in

  C++/Linux/QNX-based embedded systems

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Linux internals, RTOS, middleware, and system programming

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Bazel build systems

  and

  debugging embedded software

  .
• Proficiency in

  automation scripting (Bash, Python)

  .
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in

  automotive software / safety-critical systems

  preferred.
• Open-source contribution experience is an advantage.
