Lead, Social Media & Brand Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate leads from multiple sources – JustDial, GeM portal, and social media.
• Take regular updates from the sales team, maintain follow-up records, and prepare Excel/Google Sheets reports for management review.
• Handle social media accounts – post updates, reply to customer messages, and plan engaging campaigns.
• Be comfortable to face the camera and occasionally appear in brand videos, reels, or campaigns.
• Come up with creative marketing ideas, including festive campaigns, product promotions, and collaborations.
• Act as a link between the management, sales team, and marketing activities to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi).
• Confident personality with an interest in marketing and social media.
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
• Creative mindset and willingness to be part of on-camera promotions.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, marketing, or social media handling is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
