Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and modules using

• Work extensively on

  modules.
• Develop and manage

  integrations

  Integration Hub

  Flow Designer

  Web Services (REST/SOAP)

  configurations.
• Perform

  major version upgrades

  instance cloning

  , and manage post-clone and upgrade activities.
• Implement and maintain

  , and other automation capabilities.
• Follow

  ServiceNow best practices

  for coding, design, performance optimization, and platform security.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, DevOps, and platform owners.
• Support the

  with proper documentation, version control, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers where necessary.
• Stay current with

  ServiceNow new features

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  7 years of hands-on experience

  working with the

  ServiceNow platform

• Strong expertise in

• Proficient in modules including

• Experience performing
