Coordinate SAP Basis support between support levels 1, 2 and 3 when tickets need escalation management
Implement changes based on new requirements within own technical area
Manage and control the work done by the vendors proactively
Communicate with and inform relevant stakeholders concerning changes
Support, consult and participate in operational development projects
Manage the documentation related to the own technical area
Follow directions and framework set for the development and delivery of an application
Perform supporting actions necessary to meet the requirements for an application
