Role Overview: As the Head of SEO at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for leading and scaling our SEO strategy across different regions, implementing AI-driven tools, and optimizing content for various search platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale the SEO strategy in India, US, and Middle East, focusing on technical, content, and off-page aspects. - Enhance visibility across search engines, AI-powered tools, and voice assistants. - Utilize AI automation tools for keyword research, content generation, and workflow improvements. - Optimize content for AEO, answer boxes, featured snippets, and voice search. - Develop GEO strategies to improve presence on AI-driven results pages. - Implement structured data and schema markup to boost content visibility. - Monitor SEO performance, search trends, and AI platform updates. - Collaborate with writers, developers, and designers to enhance site architecture and content. - Manage external agencies or freelancers as required. - Regularly report on performance and growth KPIs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in SEO, preferably in fast-paced digital environments. - Profound knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. - Strong understanding of evolving AI and search techniques such as AEO, GEO, and SGE. - Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Screaming Frog, etc. - Comfortable working with AI tools for research, content creation, and audits. - Familiarity with structured data, schema, and website crawling/indexing. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. - Previous experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory. - Leadership abilities to guide internal teams or external partners effectively.
