As a Lead Salesforce CPQ Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that cater to our business requirements, with a primary focus on CPQ functionality. Your expertise in Salesforce, strong technical skills in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and hands-on experience in CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes will be valuable assets to our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver complex Salesforce CPQ projects from technical design to production deployment. - Design and develop Salesforce solutions emphasizing CPQ and QTC workflows. - Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting workflows and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend process improvements. - Oversee implementation and management of related tools such as ZoomInfo, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, and DocuSign. - Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes. - Manage user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to enhance Salesforce engagement. - Stay updated with Salesforce technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions. - Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - 5-7 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, including implementations and platform optimizations. - Expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and system integrations. - Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash workflows with hands-on CPQ experience. - Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce development. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices. - Experience with tools like DocuSign, managing workflows, and compliance. - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. - Self-starter capable of working independently and driving outcomes. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments. - Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment. - Salesforce certifications (Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) are a plus.
