We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth and manage a team effectively. The role involves achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop sales strategies and implement them effectively.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance.

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
