Lead Sales Enablement

As a Senior Analyst in Sales Effectiveness, you will play a critical role in aligning sales tech stack usage with business goals, leveraging AI and automation to enhance sales productivity and customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include partnering with global client-facing teams to drive adoption of sales tools, evaluating industry trends to keep the tech stack competitive, collaborating with tech partners to optimize processes, and managing Salesforce operations to ensure data accuracy and flow. Additionally, you will develop guidance and documentation for sales teams, act as a key liaison for feedback, and support the creation of comprehensive SFDC reports and dashboards. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0-4 years of experience in SalesOps/StratOps/RevOps, experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, Clari, and exceptional communication skills. Success in this position will involve driving strategic use of Salesforce and sales technology, streamlining processes, integrating industry-leading tools, and ensuring an efficient sales operation aligned with business goals.
