Lead Research Specialist (m/f/x) | Apollo, Sales Nav etc.)

47one Studios is looking for a Lead Research Specialist (m/f/x) to fuel our sales pipeline with a steady stream of high-quality accounts and contacts.

Your responsibility is to consistently deliver accurate lead data that drives our outreach. This role is all about output, discipline, and precision – the leads you provide are the foundation of our entire sales process.

Your Role

• Research target accounts in our key industries (premium brands, creative studios, consumer products, tech).

• Identify and qualify relevant decision-makers (CMO, Head of E-Commerce, Digital, CEO, etc.).

• Build and maintain structured lead lists using Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Track your work and deliverables in Asana to keep progress transparent.

• Work closely with our Sales Ops team to align your research with campaign needs.

Skills & Requirements

• Practical experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.

• Strong research and data verification skills – you know how to find and confirm the right contacts.

• Diligent, reliable, and highly output-driven – you thrive on producing consistent results.

• Comfortable handling Google Sheets and structured data.

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently to deadlines.

• Bonus: experience using Asana or other task/project management tools.

• Comfortable working in a remote setup with international teams.
