About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Research Intern to help us identify and validate potential clients (HR managers, founders, and hiring teams). You will work closely with the founder and telecalling team to build a verified client database for our HR consulting operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in business development, market research, and startup operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research and identify companies actively hiring
  • Collect decision-maker details: Founders, HR Managers, Talent Heads
  • Validate email & contact numbers through online tools
  • Build and maintain lead sheets on Google Sheets
  • Track hiring requirements using job portals & LinkedIn
  • Coordinate with the telecalling & recruitment team
  • Document daily research and leads generated

Compensation Structure

This is an unpaid role during the pre-revenue phase.

Incentives will be offered such as:

  • ₹50–₹100 per verified lead (after probation)
