Job Title: React Native/React JS- Lead

Location: Kolkata

Mode : WFO

React JS/ React Native Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UI developers (web & mobile) ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution.
• Own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for best practices in code structure, performance, and scalability.
• Develop responsive and high-performing UI components using 

  ReactJS

   and 

  React Native

  .
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power the frontend experiences.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other frontend developers to bring designs to life.
• Optimize components for performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving frontend issues efficiently.
• Work in an Agile team and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure reusability and maintainability of code with modular design.
• Stay updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends, and introduce
• the relevant ones to improve development productivity and UX.

Experience :

• 7-10 years

   of professional experience in frontend development with at least 2

  years

  of experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Experience building cross-platform mobile applications.
