Job Description

Role Name: QA Lead

Years of Experience: 10+ years

Location: Chennai

Mode: Onsite (No Hybrid - No Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in software testing with 8+ of overall experience
Experience in automation, especially hands on with Selenium / Playwright / Webdriver.io
Experience in understanding product architecture including frontend and API aggregation
Experience in AI technologies such as LLMs, prompting techniques, and AI tools like Claude, Gemini
Experience in leading QA teams and mentoring junior members
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Work from Office, Location: Chennai
Tool Experience Needed:
Hands on experience with Selenium automation using Java and JavaScript
Experience in API testing and modern web technologies
Experience in AI platforms and tools such as Claude and Gemini
Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA
Familiarity with automation best practices and continuous integration pipelines
