Role Overview

As a Lead Qualifier, you will be the vital first point of contact for our customers’ next great adventure. You will assess and qualify marketing-generated leads, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for travelers. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals, including freshers, who love travel and want to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess leads from marketing campaigns to identify potential holiday customers.
• Proactively contact and engage with leads promptly to maximize conversion.
• Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on preferences and intent.
• Collaborate with sales and travel advisor teams for smooth lead handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain quick response times to enhance customer experience and conversions.
