Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and develop the overall PR and corporate communication strategy to build and protect the organization's reputation.
Increase brand visibility through consistent and positive media coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and communication partners.
Ensure the complete brand communication strategy matches the company's tone, values, concept, perception, consumer aspiration, and company guidelines.
Support leadership visibility through interviews, articles, panel discussions, and thought leadership content.
Respond to media queries and manage communication during sensitive or crisis situations.
Plan and execute press conferences, media briefings, and key public events.
Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and messaging that connect with the public.
Manage PR agencies and internal communication teams to ensure unified brand storytelling.
Ideate and handle (with marketing) concept-driven campaigns, track coverage, monitor brand perception, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

A seasoned communications professional with
15-20 years of proven expertise
in PR, corporate communications, media engagement, and brand reputation management.
Demonstrated ability to lead in high-visibility, high-impact roles and influence narratives in fast-paced, public-facing organizations.
