Lead Project Management Specialist

As a Lead Project Management Specialist at our leading-edge project management team, you will play a crucial role in managing the full project life-cycle. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary customer contact for assigned projects, coordinating and managing client services projects, and overseeing project planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement, and execution. You will lead cross-functional matrix projects, identify risks, and execute response plans using a risk management process. In this role, you will provide support to sales and service teams, engage in discussions with other functions and teams to improve processes, procedures, and ways of working, and communicate across the organization. You will present to senior leaders on specific technical matters and contribute to overall strategy discussions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Project Management with 3 years in Power Generation/Oil and Gas or a similar segment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
