About This Team:
The Integration Product team at TIBCO is responsible for building best-in-class products and services that allow users to quickly and efficiently connect data, systems, and APIs together, and then deploy them on-premises or to private/public cloud. Job Description/Responsibilities:
Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for key product areas within the integration portfolio, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Define the product roadmap based on strategic goals, competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Identify the right use cases, define product features and requirements, and create detailed user stories. Drive innovation and differentiate our offerings.
- Closely work with the product engineering team to prioritize features and product improvements, help create product release plans and deliver based on the product roadmap.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including cross-functional teams, customers and partners.
- Engage with some of TIBCOs most complex and largest customers to help them be successful, identify gaps and pain points, and generate new ideas.
- Define creative solutions and features to address such gaps or incorporate new ideas into the product adding more value.
- Create product demonstrations, conduct product workshops and present product strategy and updates to customers and partners.
- Perform market research such as reviewing information on open-source projects, ecosystem and tooling, Industry-specific blogs, analyst research and competitive offerings.
- Create compelling product messaging/positioning and content, clearly articulating the product s unique value for the target audience through various marketing mediums/channels e. g. presentations, events, social media, datasheets etc.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelors or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
- 8 or more years in a customer-facing role requiring a strong technical background e. g. Product Manager, Software Developer, Technical Support Engineer, Technical / Solution Consultant, etc.
- Experience with enterprise software, preferably with a strong focus on integration, middleware, or related technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to effectively communicate both product requirements and customer feedback.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective competitive positioning, highlighting key differentiators and value propositions.
- Ability to create compelling product messaging/positioning and content, clearly articulating the product s unique value for the target audience through various marketing mediums/channels e. g. presentations, events, social media, datasheets etc.
Optional Experience/Skills:
- Experience with cloud technologies and/or AI technologies.
- 5 or more years experience in Product Management/Strategy.
- Prior experience with TIBCO Integration products.
- Mastery of product management skills for enterprise software.
