Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Coach and mentor AR Calling associates on end-to-end US Healthcare AR processesConduct call audits, identify gaps, and provide structured feedbackSupport new hires during nesting and ramp-up phases
Coach team members on best practices for AR follow-ups, denial resolution, appeals, and payer communications, ensuring consistency and accuracy
Perform quality audits on AR follow-ups, denial management, appeals, and eligibility & benefits verification to ensure adherence to payer guidelines and internal SOPs
Strong understanding of payer rules, reimbursement guidelines, denial categories, and end-to-end RCM workflows
Must have skills:Proven experience in training teams on end-to-end AR Calling processes
