Job Description

Must Have Total 9+ yrs of exp with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Clinical Sales, Case management, KOL, Capital Sales and Marketing Sales Strong understanding of Salesforce Roles, Profiles, and User Management Proven experience in developing automation scripts using the TOSCA automation framework Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java/Python for automation script development Prior experience in leading a team of 23 members Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients Good to have Automation experience with Selenium/Java Knowledge of API testing Salesforce certification(s) JD Write good scripts to ensure robustness of underling code functionality. Execute scripts on multiple environment and share reports. Should be able to understand existing code and make necessary changes. Working directly with project team and infra team. Share analysis and report of recommendation based on the execution results. Should be proactive while working on the tasks assigned. Learn and apply new performance testing techniques and apply on projects. Work Independently and make progress by being resourceful. Own the implementation of the scripts and deliver in designated timelines. Provide timely status updates and raise flags as needed. Good Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external teams.
