Role & responsibilities E2E data circuit delivery within SLA with router & Testing till deemed LOC Good understanding of CU/FTTH architecture Program management of uplink across PAN India Weekly update to business & PMO for FTTH and PRI deliveries with proactive updates on high revenue & escalated orders Weekly review with deployment/operation teams % Achievement against monthly delivery target - in terms of revenue and no. of links for all line of business Initiate & process creation to reduce constraints eNOC handover process to minimize the rejections. Alignment with Digitization/Product team for process simplification.
