Job Description

As a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Consultant supporting the IT services sales team, your role involves analyzing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with high-quality proposals. You will coordinate with delivery, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs and ensure that proposals are tailored to client needs while being aligned with company capabilities. It is essential to maintain a repository of reusable proposal content and templates for efficient proposal management. Your responsibilities also include understanding client requirements and creating suitable proposal documents. You will participate in client calls, presentations of proposals, and workshops, collaborating with architects and SMEs to design proposals and SOWs. Furthermore, you will work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and account teams, facilitating internal reviews and approvals for proposals and solutions. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and customer business stakeholders is crucial for successful collaboration and cross-functional interaction. In addition to proposal management and client engagement, content development plays a vital role in this position. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining case studies, capability decks, and client success stories to showcase the company's expertise and achievements. Qualifications Required: - Experience in IT services presales or solution consulting. - Understanding of IT service domains such as cloud, infrastructure, and application services. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with global clients and multi-geography proposals. - Familiarity with Agile or other service delivery frameworks. - Prior experience in creating sales enablement content. Your role as a Presales Consultant involves not only responding to RFPs and designing proposals but also engaging with clients, collaborating across teams, and developing compelling content to support sales efforts effectively. Your experience and skills in IT services presales, communication, and proposal management will be key assets in driving the company's success with global clients and diverse service offerings.,
