Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and scheduling process to ensure all project activities are well-coordinated and aligned with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation), ensuring all activities are planned and executed within defined timelines. Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly.
Ensure adherence to the approved budgets and identify and addressing any discrepancies.
Track and report on project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Prepare detailed budget forecasts and updates based on project progress and changes.
Collaborate with project managers to align budget allocations with project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to anticipate potential financial challenges. Develop and maintain a risk and escalation matrix to manage project risks and issues.
Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure project compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Oversee the project closeout process, ensuring all deliverables are completed and accepted.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project knowledge, including lessons learned, best practices, and key decisions. Facilitate knowledge sharing among project teams to promote continuous improvement and innovation
