Youll work alongside dedicated and solution-driven teammates. You'll provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical/quality issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and product performance. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Product Introduction Management, Quality, Engineering), support technical activities, and much more. Youll specifically take care of diagnosing operational equipment malfunctions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective failure management, but also driving reliability growth and supporting field modifications. Well look to you for: Supporting technical activities during Product Introduction (PI) and Commissioning phases Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures Providing technical guidance and support to technicians Ensuring the quality of technical documentation and feedback Driving issue resolution processes and reliability improvements Managing as-maintained product configurations and documentation Another responsibility All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
