Job Purpose / Summary

Strategize and drive digital marketing plans specifically performance, ensuring seamless execution across channels while staying ahead of the latest digital acquisitions. Build a strong digital presence to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer acquisition.

  • Technical Expertise: Digital strategy, media planning, performance marketing, and brand management.

Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate / Masters degree (MBA preferred) with specialization in Marketing.
  • Relevant certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience

  • 8+ years in consumer-facing industries (E-commerce, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Textile, Apparel, Foods).
  • Minimum 11.5 years in sales exposure preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead companys digital strategy across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Manage complete lifecycle of digital performance campaigns: ideation media planning execution optimization performance analysis.
  • Lead digital media buying, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.
  • Build, execute, and monitor monthly advertising & promotions calendar.
  • Oversee all digital assets: website, portals, databases, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative & digital agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards.
  • Drive content management to build brand salience and drive acquisitions.
  • Closely monitor competitor activities, positioning, brand health, and market share.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends.
  • Provide leadership in contests, digital activations, giveaways, and community engagement.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to enhance customer experience across touchpoints.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop multi-channel content (web, email, ads, social, PR, case studies, videos, product collateral).
  • Partner with product management to align marketing messaging with product strategy, value proposition, and use cases.
  • Ensure measurable KPIs for all campaigns and report actionable insights to leadership.

  • External: Agencies, vendors, channel partners.
