We are seeking a highly competent Oracle Fusion SCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing to spearhead the implementation and enhancement of intricate supply chain solutions. This role demands profound domain knowledge in ERP systems, effective cross-functional collaboration, and practical experience in executing integrated supply chain processes. Responsibilities include: 1. Leading the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing modules within SCM. 2. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and transform them into functional solutions. 3. Configuring and executing processes in ERP platforms like Oracle SCM Cloud or SAP S/4HANA, focusing on discrete and process manufacturing. 4. Ensuring seamless integration between SCM modules and other functions such as Finance, Procurement, and Inventory. 5. Cooperating with technical teams to guarantee efficient system integration across ERP, MES, WMS, and third-party applications. 6. Offering SME-level guidance on industry best practices, compliance, and cost management strategies. 7. Leading system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live support. 8. Identifying enhancement opportunities in current processes and suggesting automation or re-engineering initiatives. 9. Supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities, including client presentations, demos, and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. Skills & Qualifications required: 1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SCM solution delivery with a focus on Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing. 2. In-depth functional expertise in ERP systems such as Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA. 3. Practical experience with Work Definition, Work Execution, Production Planning, Cost Accounting, Standard and Actual Costing, and Supply Chain Planning. 4. Strong comprehension of integration touchpoints with Finance, Procurement, and Order Management. 5. Experience with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure. 6.
