We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Administrator with a strong background in managing and supporting Oracle EBS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user management, role-based access control (RBAC), and integration with Identity Access Management (IAM) systems. You should also possess a solid understanding of security best practices, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and role conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities: EBS Administration: Lead and support the administration, setup, and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments, ensuring smooth user onboarding and offboarding processes. User Access Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions in Oracle EBS. Troubleshoot and resolve user login issues and access-related problems promptly and efficiently. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Implement and maintain RBAC strategies to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to EBS applications. Identity Management Integration: Collaborate with IAM teams to integrate Oracle EBS with identity management systems, ensuring seamless user authentication and access provisioning. Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies by assessing and mitigating potential role conflicts. Help enforce best practices to minimize security risks and ensure proper access controls are in place. System Monitoring & Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, focusing on security-related configurations to ensure the environment runs efficiently. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to user access, security settings, and system configurations. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with key stakeholders and provide timely updates on system health, security issues, and improvement opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: administering Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a strong understanding of system configurations, user management, and security. Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required) for querying and troubleshooting. Security Expertise: Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and experience in managing security conflicts and risk mitigation strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Desired Attributes: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
