Lead Operations Representative

You will be part of a team at Bank of America dedicated to making financial lives better through meaningful connections as a member of the Global Wholesale Banking Operations team in Asia. Your role will involve supporting the business strategy and facilitating client transactions. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing transactions, ensuring compliance with guidelines, maintaining relationships with branches, and contributing to process improvement efforts. - Efficiently process assigned transactions related to Imports / Exports - Support business objectives in the Trade Finance area and align activities with the Business Strategy - Ensure compliance with reporting and response deadlines - Maintain adherence to Internal, Compliance, and Regulatory guidelines - Build and maintain good rapport with branches - Resolve queries in a timely manner and follow up on exceptions - Interact regularly with related stakeholders for job-related activities - Prepare internal and customer-related MIS as per requirements - Contribute to department efforts in constant process improvement and increasing productivity - Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute with 5 to 6 years of experience in operations processing in a bank - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a team and meet stiff time deadlines - Good analytical and interpersonal skills - Strong computer skills - Quality-conscious with a focus on constant process improvement - Ability to manage volumes with accuracy - Ability to handle pressure during rush hours Bank of America is committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace, supporting the physical, emotional, and financial wellness of its teammates.
