Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Lead Node.js Developer. The selected candidate will design, develop, and implement robust backend solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities, and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, driving efficient coding practices, and ensuring scalability and performance of Node.js applications while adhering to deadlines. Additionally, the Lead Developer will conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure all deliveries meet industry and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Node.js frameworks.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, with experience in JavaScript and frameworks like React and Redux.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring less experienced developers.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and database integration is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and delivering client-focused solutions.
