Lead .NET Developer

This role is designed for senior developers who still love to code while influencing solutions. You will lead the design, coding, and enhancement of enterprise-grade .NET applications. Working with a modern stack including C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Azure (Functions, PaaS, DevOps), Microservices, Angular/React, you will stay hands-on in development while mentoring a small team. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end SDLC to ensure performance, compliance, and security standards are met. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft .NET technologies with strong coding expertise. You must have a solid exposure to Azure cloud services, SQL optimization, and Microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Angular or React is required. The ability to balance individual contribution (60-70%) with team and client management responsibilities is crucial.
