Lead .Net Developer

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers to deliver scalable and secure applications. Your role will involve collaborating with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. You will provide technical guidance, mentoring, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Your primary focus will be on driving the implementation of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, and Microservices-based architectures. You will be responsible for overseeing integration with databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, as well as third-party services. Performance optimization, scalability, and application security will be key areas of your responsibility. In addition, you will manage sprint planning, task assignments, and project delivery timelines. It is important to stay updated with emerging .NET and cloud technologies to suggest improvements where necessary. Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across development and production environments will also be part of your duties. Collaboration with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployments will be essential for project success. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role. - Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, LINQ, and Entity Framework. - Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS. - Proficiency in SQL Server including queries, stored procedures, and optimization. - Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins. - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. **Good To Have:** - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. - Exposure to message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus. - Experience in unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest. - Prior experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
