Job Description

As A Lead ML Developer At Arctic Wolf, You Will:

Architect and develop distributed microservices using Python , Golang , and cloud-native technologies.

Build and scale high-performance ML services and pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Apply LangChain , MCP , and other agentic frameworks to create intelligent, modular ML workflows.

Design and implement backend systems using PostgreSQL , AWS RDS , DynamoDB , and Kubernetes .

Collaborate with Security Researchers and ML teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver robust data services.

Use MLOps best practices to automate CI/CD workflows with tools like Jenkins , CloudFormation , and Terraform .

Develop orchestration platforms using Airflow , Dagster , or AWS Step Functions .

Implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka , Kinesis , or SQS/SNS .

Mentor team members and influence technical direction across cross-functional teams.

Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve system performance and scalability.

We re Looking For Someone Who has :

8+ years of experience in ML development, including model training, feature engineering, and deployment.

Hands-on experience building data pipelines for real-time ingestion and transformation.

Deep understanding of data lake technologies and formats (Parquet, ORC, Avro), and query engines (Athena, Presto).

Proficiency in Python , Go , or Java , with strong backend development skills.

Experience with container orchestration and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, IaC ).

Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries, and a passion for building intelligent, autonomous systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
