About Position:
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in enterprise-level migrations, particularly from Microsoft environments to Google Workspace, and a proven ability to execute technical migration activities. You will be responsible for performing data migration, system integration, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
Technical Migration Execution:
Execute technical migration activities from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) to Google Workspace for Intuit's 42,000 employees, following established plans and procedures.M365 Environment Understanding:
Apply understanding of the existing Outlook/O365 environment, including mailboxes, calendar usage, shared resources, public folders, distribution lists, archive solutions, and associated applications/integrations (CRM systems, plugins, macros) to facilitate migration.Migration Tooling:
Configure, test, and utilize appropriate migration tools, demonstrating proficiency with Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GWMMO), Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWME), and other third-party migration solutions.Data Integrity & Performance:
Monitor data integrity and migration performance throughout all phases, including managing data transfer methods and bandwidth requirements.Pilot and Phased Rollout Support:
Support the technical execution of migrations for the "expert community" and "high-risk groups (EABP)" during the pilot phase and assist with mass migration waves for the broader workforce.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, data corruption, or connectivity problems arising during migration. Assist in refining migration scripts and processes.Infrastructure & System Integration:
Support integration with identity management systems (e.g., Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) with Active Directory) and existing security infrastructure (e.g., SSO via SAML). Assist with the configuration of network and firewall rules.Workstation Software Management:
Assist with the technical aspects of the phased removal of Microsoft Workstation software (e.g., desktop Outlook client) post-migration, and support the transition to perpetual licensed software.Mobile Device Configuration:
Perform and test technical processes for configuring mobile devices for Google Mail and Calendar in the new environment.Technical Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of migration progress, technical issues, and resolutions. Provide regular technical updates to the Migration Lead.Collaboration:
Work closely with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, Deployment Lead, and Migration Lead to ensure a coordinated and seamless migration experience.Security & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to defined security settings (e.g., 2-Step Verification, DLP, spam filters) and compliance rules for Gmail and Google Calendar during migration.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in technical migration roles within enterprise IT environments.
- Hands-on experience in deploying and migrating organizations from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) to Google Workspace (Gmail, G-Cal, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, security features, and migration tools (GWMMO, GWME, GCDS).
- Understanding of network infrastructure, security policies, and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAML-based SSO) relevant to enterprise migrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to their resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially regarding data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Relevant Google Cloud or Google Workspace certifications and/or Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate) preferred.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
