Key Responsibilities: Creative Design & Execution: Develop visually engaging marketing materials, including digital ads, emails, landing pages, and social media assets, ensuring brand consistency. User-Centric Design: Apply UX principles to create intuitive, engaging designs that enhance audience interaction. Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency in visual elements, tone, and style across all marketing touchpoints. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and development teams to align on campaign goals and design specifications. Iterative Design & Optimization: Refine designs based on performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends. Creative Problem Solving: Balance aesthetics with functionality to meet both business and user goals. Design Feedback & Growth: Participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and contributing to best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5-8 years in marketing design with a strong portfolio of digital assets. Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch , or similar. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to design for both visual impact and marketing objectives. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design quality.
