Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Management Coordinator located in Kochi. The Lead Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing and analyzing leads, providing excellent customer service, training team members, and overseeing project management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead tracking, communicating with potential and current clients, developing training materials, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to manage and analyze leads
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Project management skills to oversee various tasks and ensure timely completion
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in computer application or related field is preferred
