Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Lead experience

  in Java Full Stack Development with at least

  10+ years

  in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Java 8 or above

• Proficient in

  Spring Boot

  , including both

  reactive and non-reactive programming

• Experience with

  Apache Camel

• Strong database skills with

  Oracle

  ,

  Cassandra

  , and

  PostgreSQL

• Frontend development using

  AngularJS

  or

  ReactJS

• Experience with

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  for containerization and orchestration
• Proficiency in designing and developing

  Microservices architectures

• Exposure to

  Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

  activities

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  JBPM (Java Business Process Management)

• Prior experience in

  Production Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and frontend applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Support production systems and perform SRE activities as required
