Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using

  Spring Boot

  and

  Core Java

  .
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and ensure best coding practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and other teams for smooth project execution.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Core Java

• Deep expertise in

  Spring Boot

  , including REST APIs, Spring Data, and Security
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  
• Good understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and microservices architecture
  
• Experience in leading development teams and agile delivery practices
  

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of

  JSP

• Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
