Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineering Team Lead at AdPushup, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, driving successful project deliveries, and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. You should have a proven track record of delivering backend solutions in production, with expertise in Core Java, Java concurrency framework, and unit testing frameworks. Additionally, hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as SpringBoot or Vert.x, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases is highly desirable. Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools like Terraform will be advantageous.
