Job Title: Software Tester (Testing Coordinator) Company: Vriba Technologies Experience Level: Looking only 7-10 years Location: Remote (India) Shift: US Shifts (6.30PM IST to 3.30AM IST) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Tester to join our dynamic team at Vriba Technologies. The primary focus of this role is testing coordination between our client and a third-party vendor. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive test documentation, facilitating meetings, coordinating communication between the client and vendor teams, and performing root cause analysis (RCA) for any issues that arise during testing. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end testing process between the client and the vendor. Prepare essential test documents, including: Test Plan Test Strategy Daily UAT Status Reports Facilitate and lead meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and updates. Ensure seamless communication between client and vendor teams to maintain alignment and efficient problem-solving. Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for issues encountered during testing and document findings. Track and report testing progress, milestones, and results. Support the creation and maintenance of test cases and test scripts as needed. Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices. Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in software testing and coordination. Proven experience in preparing test plans, test strategies, and UAT status reports. Strong ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate between multiple teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in conducting RCA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with both client and vendor. Ability to work during US shifts. Preferred Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
