Lead Java Developer

You are looking for a Java Developer Lead/ System Designer with a minimum of 8+ years of experience to work on Java based non-GUI application development. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the product and leading a team. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of 5+ individuals for versatile development across frontend, backend, and database areas. You will also conduct technical and status meetings, resolve technical queries from the team, review both High Level and Low-Level designs, and analyze and fix system-level bugs. To be successful in this position, you must have at least 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer working with Java/J2EE environments and applications. You should be proficient in using databases such as Postgres and SQL, and have experience with web-based applications and deployment, including commercial websites and custom Product UIs. Knowledge of Enterprise Applications development and Networking Products like OSS (Operation Support System) is also required. The ideal candidate will have strong Java coding skills with at least 8+ years of experience, expertise in Postgres Database Server, and knowledge of NBI protocols such as REST and SOAP APIs. You should be capable of creating both High Level and Low-Level design documents, leading a team of 5+ members, and be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC). Additionally, knowledge of Submarine Network, Linux Internals, Netconf, and proficiency in REST API and SOAP API are essential for this role.,
